Bernie has more than 30 years of experience in the marine transportation industry. He is an expert in common carrier management, in both national and international transportation markets. His areas of responsibility have required extensive travel throughout the United States, the Far East, Europe, the Caribbean and South America. During his career, Bernie has served in management positions at Sea-Land Service Inc., Crowley Maritime Corp. and Research Inc. He co-founded International Transport Logistics Inc. in Jacksonville, FL., and ITL Technologies, Inc. Bernie earned a Bachelor of Science in Cartometric Engineering from the United States Air Force School of Engineering, Ft. Belvoir, VA. |

Glenn R. Patch

Glenn has been an innovative leader in the transportation and marketing fields for two decades. He helped found the company as a pioneer in the use of 48’ x 102” containers for the Puerto Rico trade. Glenn has worked as a marketing consultant in North and South America, Europe and Asia. As CEO of Humidity Management Systems, he worked to develop humidity control systems for refrigerated containers to increase shelf life of perishable produce. He co-founded ITLT Solutions. Inc. and has a Masters Degree from California State University, Fresno. |

Charles “Chuck” Keyser, Jr.
V.P. Pricing & Contracts
As a senior transportation logistics project executive, Chuck specializes in providing realistic solutions to any logistics problem. He’s responsible for pricing, contract negotiation, business development. Chuck earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and has approximately 15 years of experience in the industry. |
